"I'm so glad I had the chance to see the truth before getting a surgery"

“My whole life I wanted to get a labiaplasty. I always felt like my vulva is super big and ugly, and no one will ever love me because of it. I'm afraid that when I give birth in the future the doctor will see how ugly my vulva is and he will be disgusted and these thoughts made me very very insecure. I thought that all girls should have nothing there but a fine line, I was so wrong. I'm so glad I had the chance to see the truth before getting a surgery, my labia are normal like all other labia. In this world we need more people to educate young girls about their bodies; I didn't have anyone opening this kind of subject with me, which is very sad – we need change. I want to thank you for doing this, and I would like to share this so you can draw it and share it and let girls who have one like mine feel better.”
