Shipping methods
All products are packaged with care. I ship orders using standard shipping (without tracking), but you're welcome to add tracking at checkout if you prefer.
Please note: All book orders automatically include track & trace.

For US customers
Good news — US shipping has resumed!
I'm happy to share that I'm once again able to ship orders to the United States.
Due to recent changes in import tariffs, postal costs for tracked shipments to the US have increased significantly. As a result, I've had to adjust the shipping rates for tracked items like the book and larger pieces to reflect these higher costs.

Shipping times
As soon as your order is ready for shipping you will receive an email confirming the package has been shipped. Since I'm based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, shipping times can vary depending on your location.
Outside of Europe: Delivery usually takes between 2–5 weeks, but in some cases (due to delays) it may take up to 8 weeks.
Within Europe: Packages typically arrive within 1–4 weeks, depending on your country.
Shipping times are an estimation, and they may vary due to factors like custom declarations, holidays, and local postal services. If your order hasn’t arrived within the usual timeframe, there’s still a good chance it’s on its way—just running a little behind :)
Lost or delayed orders
If you're concerned that your order may be lost in the mail and it's been more than 30 working days since it was shipped, please get in touch – I'm happy to look into it with you and help find a solution.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address at checkout – it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure this information is accurate. Unfortunately, I’m unable to replace items that were sent to an incorrect address.
If your order is returned to me due to an incorrect address or an unsuccessful delivery attempt, I kindly ask that you cover the shipping cost for the item to be sent again.
As an independent illustrator running a small shop on my own, I don’t have the resources to fully absorb those extra shipping costs. I hope for your understanding – in specific cases, I’m able to split the cost to make it more manageable for both of us.
Returns & Cancellations
I’m not able to accept cancellations of orders that have been returned due to delivery issues. However, I’ll gladly work with you to find the best way to get your order shipped to you again. Thank you so much for your understanding and support ♡
Shipping availability
I offer worldwide shipping to all international locations that accept regular mail and packages.
If you’re unsure whether your location is accessible or if you require a different shipping method, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to arrange a solution that works for you and ensures your order arrives safely.
“I live in Amsterdam, can I pick up my order at your home or studio?”
I don’t currently offer a local pick-up option. My postage fees also help cover packaging costs, so I’m unable to offer this service for free. That said, shipping within the Netherlands is quite affordable – and I always make sure to wrap your order with care ♡
