Shop FAQ

Welcome to my shop ♡ Please note:

During the ongoing pandemic packages may take longer than usual to arrive. If your package hasn't arrived within the usual shipping time it should still be able to arrive (but a little later than expected :)

As I'm based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, shipping time outside Europe may take up to 2-6 weeks (but in case of delays it may take 8 weeks for items to arrive). Shipping time within Europe usually takes 1-4 weeks, depending on your country.


Shipping Methods

All products are carefully shipped in cardboard boxes that fit through the mailbox and protect the items from damage. Track and trace is included with all book orders.

Shipping Times

As soon as your order is ready for shipping you will receive an email confirming the package has been shipped. 

Please note I am shipping from the Netherlands. Based on previous orders, shipping within Europe usually takes 1-4 weeks (depending on your location). Overseas shipping usually takes around 2-5 weeks (e.g. USA, Australia, Canada, Brazil, or any other country outside Europe). It occasionally happens that an order arrives after 12 weeks if an item gets delayed at customs.

Shipping times are an estimation, and they may vary due to factors like custom declarations, holidays, and local postal services.


Lost Orders

If you are worried your order has been lost in the post, and if it has been more than 40 working days (Europe) or 45 working days (the rest of the world) please get in touch and we can look into solving the issue.

Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is provided. I will not replace items sent to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to me because of an incorrect address, or because the package couldn’t be delivered I'm asking you to pay the shipping fee for it to be sent to you again.

As I'm an illustrator with a small independent shop running things all by myself I don't have the funds to pay for this fully, therefore I'll be asking you to cover the shipping fee or to split the costs to make it manageable for me.

I’m also not able to accept cancellations of orders that have been returned; however together we can look for the best option to ship the item(s) to you again. Thanks for understanding! ♡


Shipping Locations

I provide worldwide shipping to all international locations and addresses that accept regular mail and packages. 

If you have any question or hesitation about the accessibility of your location or require a different shipping method you can send me a message and we can arrange a fitting solution to make sure you will receive your order.


I live in Amsterdam, can I pick up my order at your home or studio?

Sorry, I don't offer a pick up service! Also, as my postage costs also cover packaging, I wouldn't be able to offer this as a free service. Luckily shipping within The Netherlands is affordable and I'll make sure to wrap your package with care ♡
